2. Proof of Competitor Pricing: Customers must present an official, current quote from the competitor. The quote must be dated and include a detailed description of the countertop material and color.

Terms:

1. Price Comparison: Flooring Avenue will beat any competitor’s price on an identical countertop (material, color, and vendor) that is available at a lower price under the same sales conditions.
2. Claim Process: Customers must submit their claims before making a purchase. The competitor's quote must be submitted to Flooring Avenue for verification.
3. Verification: Flooring Avenue reserves the right to verify the validity of the competitor’s quote and the availability of the product at the quoted price.

Guarantee:

1. $300 Store Credit: If Flooring Avenue is unable to beat a verified competitor’s price on an identical product, the customer will be eligible to receive $300. This reward will be provided as a Flooring Avenue store credit.
2. Limitations: This offer is limited to one claim per household per product category. The guarantee does not apply to misprints, clearance sales, liquidation sales, or prices from online auction sites.

Exclusions:

1. Installation and Services: The guarantee only applies to the price of the countertop material itself and does not extend to installation costs or any additional services.
2. Geographical Limitations: This offer is valid only within certain geographical areas where Flooring Avenue operates.
